Semolina pudding with Apple jelly
And that just does not come up with mom to feed the naughty kids! Our mom did this..

Ingredients

  • Semolina

    8 tsp

  • Milk

    1.5 cup

  • Sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Water

    1.5 cup

  • Apple

    1 piece

  • Cinnamon

    0.5 tsp

  • Starch

    1 tsp

  • Salt

First, cook porridge. Here, I think, everyone has a "secret" way :) I put a saucepan of milk on the fire, slightly heated and immediately fall asleep sugar, salt and whole cereals (thin stream). Then five minutes cook, stirring constantly, until thickened. And lumps, and milk manages to escape. Standard proportions: 3/4 Cup of milk is taken 1/4 Cup water, 3 tablespoons semolina, salt, sugar to taste. I make porridge a little thicker, so the jelly didn't mix.

The finished pudding is poured into plates. While we're jelly, it just cools off a bit.

Apples peeled and seeds, so as not to irritate the tender mucous membranes. Grind in any way. You can use a blender (like me), can be grated and finely chopped.

Proverjaem apples in water with sugar and cinnamon a few minutes until soft.

In a separate bowl in a little cold water diluted starch. A thin stream pour it into the apples, stirring constantly. Once the pudding thickens and the starch will change color from white to translucent, turn off the heat.

The finished jelly pour semolina and served to the table :) Bon appetit!
