Oat porridge with Apple and cinnamon
It is light, healthy and warming porridge. The perfect Breakfast for schoolchildren and students.

Ingredients

  • Oat flakes

    1 cup

  • Apple

    1 piece

  • Honey

    3 Tbsp

  • Cinnamon

    1 tsp

  • Milk

    2 cup

Prepare the ingredients

Pour the flakes in a pan, add cold milk, a pinch of salt and cook for 5min. for Ms. heat, stirring frequently with a spoon

Meanwhile, grate the Apple

Add grated Apple in porridge (leave a bit for SL. stage), as well as honey, and cinnamon. It all a good stir.

This step neobezatelno, but for a pleasant view, you can add the remaining grated Apple, cinnamon over cereal. You can also pour a little milk. Here and ready our healthy Breakfast!
