Cooking
Meat cut small pieces, fold into a bowl, add salt and pepper to taste, add soya sauce, 1tbsp. L. Rast. oil and finely chopped herbs to taste (I have parsley and Basil). Mix well.
While the meat is marinating, prepare the vegetables. Cabbage chop not too finely, chop the onion and garlic. In a cooker heat 3 tbsp. of Rast. oil, put the meat together with the marinade.
Cover and simmer over medium heat for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Then add a couple of tablespoons of broth and cabbage, while not to interfere. Continue to simmer. After 10 minutes, stir. After 10 minutes add the onion, garlic, tomato puree or paste, remaining broth, salt, 1 tsp of mixed spices and dill powder. Simmer until cooked cabbage.
