Description

Spontaneous banana cake
On Monday we went to visit the godmother and she lost 5 bananas, blackened at all. She told me they were supposed to give. Said: "I Have completely lost and you're anything but think." Two days I looked at them, and then decided to bake a banana cake. But remember that in the fridge for a long time already are three upakovochki cream cheese (bought to bake a cheesecake, but somehow it did not work). And I decided to make a cake.

Cooking

step-0
Bananas clean (by the way, when I cleared the completely black bananas, put them inside a clean, ripe, and dense... a paradox...).
step-1
Slice the banana slices and mash with a fork into a puree. Granddaughter volunteered to help me make "delicious cake", as she put it.
step-2
Since the bananas were pretty tight, I had to fluff them a blender.
step-3
Add melted butter, eggs and sugar. All together to break through the blender to smooth puree.
step-4
Add the flour and soda.
step-5
Mix with a mixer until smooth.
step-6
Pour the milk
step-7
and again mix well.
step-8
The bottom of a split form grease and lightly flour sides do not lubricate. Pour the batter, flatten. Bake at 200*C for 45-50 minutes. To the top of the cake didn't burn, cover it with foil. I once turned off the oven, holding a pie in her 10 more minutes, but still in the middle of it left a bit moist, like a banana or carrot cakes. When the cake is completely cool, cut it into two layers.
step-9
Soak gelatine to swell.
step-10
Mix cheese with sugar and vanilla.
step-11
Separately whip the cream in a magnificent mass.
step-12
Both masses mix and a little whisk. With swollen gelatin to drain, do not soak water, if any, heat until dissolved, stirring occasionally. Strain through a strainer. Cool slightly and then pour in the cream. Very carefully stir.
step-13
Around the bottom of the cake to set the ring.
step-14
Pour almost all the cream (leave about 3 tbsp), smooth.
step-15
Tuck the top crust, lightly press. Grease remaining cream. To remove the chill until firm.
step-16
2 banana peel and cut into thin slices, spread on the cake.
step-17
To cook jelly cake according to instructions on package. Cool slightly (but just slightly, the jelly hardens quickly)
step-18
and carefully pour the cake on top. Back to cleaning to chill until firm.
step-19
When the cake is completely hardens, to hold a sharp knife along the edge and remove the ring. Move the cake to a dish. Cake night, the salad in the refrigerator. Tried it on the second day. But so tasty it was on the third when I finish the last bits.
