Cooking

step-0
Margarine, flour and sugar to grind into crumbs, add baking powder and mix well. Break 2 eggs and pour in the milk. Knead the dough. If the dough is watery, add 0.5 tbsp. flour.
step-1
From such a test are soft, delicate cakes, if you want to be short cakes, then you need to replace the milk with one egg.
step-2
The dough should roll out to size of baking sheet, and spread on greased with margarine baking sheet. Bake in preheated oven at 160-170 degrees for 20-30 minutes. Oven are different.
step-3
Meanwhile, you need to make a glaze. Sugar mix with water and boil until the syrup thickens. I check so: drip syrup on the plate, take a drop this large and ukazatelem finger and quickly connect and disconnect them, should be a thick thread of syrup.
step-4
Syrup remove from heat and add cocoa. Allow to cool for 5 minutes and begin to actively stir it so the sugar secretariatmolsa. The syrup will thicken. Long to interfere is also not necessary, otherwise it will harden in the pan.
step-5
And quickly coat the cake with fondant. If the fondant will harden much, you need a little drop of water, put on fire and a little heat. A little stir with a spoon and smear the rest. Then you will understand a little thicker or a little thinner, you need to boil the syrup.
step-6
I got 22 cakes like these. From this dough you can prepare two cake and fluff in between jam. In this version I also did. The first option is easier, not as time consuming and not always have at hand a jam or marmalade. And so quickly, one of those products that always have on hand. And if you want to sweet foods, increase the amount of sugar and water!
step-7
BON APPETIT!
