Description
This soup is very easy to prepare. There are no fancy ingredients, so it is cooked fast. The texture of the soup is tender, and the spice and the freshness of the Basil and add a drop of balsamic.

Cooking
Vegetables (potatoes and onions) peel and cut into small pieces.
In skillet, heat vegetable oil. Add the vegetables and fry for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
In a saucepan pour the tomato juice and add to the same fried potatoes with onions. Bring to boil the soup, add a pinch of sugar, salt, pepper. Cook over moderate heat until the potatoes are soft.
Ready soup to blend into a puree. I tentatively gave it a little cool. If using garlic, add it to this step, directly into the blender. Try the soup to taste and add what is missing to you. Also in this step, directly into the soup, you can add balsamic bite.
