Description

Cooking

step-0
A small digression. Bananas are better to take small, and most importantly not fat! The ingredients specified for the form d=26cm, for the form d=20cm to take 3/4 of each ingredient. Let's start with the biscuit. Egg whites to separate from yolks.
step-1
Beat the yolks in a foam with 175g granulated sugar, vanilla sugar and 1/2 tsp of lemon zest.
step-2
To the beaten egg yolks on top lay magnificently beaten egg white.
step-3
Flour, starch and baking powder mix and sift the flour on top of egg mixture. All gently to mix.
step-4
The bottom of a split form vystelit paper for baking. The sides of the form butter. To fill out a test form and put in a preheated to 180 oven, bake for about 35 minutes. I readiness check by clicking on the cake, if well-spring, so ready!
step-5
Ready to overturn the cake on a wire rack and remove the baking paper.
step-6
Cake cool completely and cut horizontally in half.
step-7
Cream: soak gelatine in 2 tbsp water.
step-8
Clean 1 banana, mash it with a fork and mix with 2 tbsp sugar.
step-9
Whip the cream, add 5 tbsp chocolate chips and banana puree.
step-10
Dissolve gelatin over low heat and gently using a whisk to introduce into the cream.
step-11
Assembly: cut shortcakes slightly on the edge.
step-12
The bottom cake put on the dish and put it into a ring cake, leaving a gap of 1 cm.
step-13
About 60g of chocolate to melt in a water bath. The remaining bananas peeled, dipped in chocolate...
step-14
... and lay in a circle on the biscuit layer.
step-15
Cover top with 2/3 of the banana cream. Here I have a force majeure: the plantains were very thick and the cream was not enough!!! Urgently had to domeshivat another half-norm (the benefit of).
step-16
Cover all the second layer.
step-17
The surface coat with cream so that it flowed over the edges of the cake between it and the ring. Cake put into the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
step-18
Decoration: take a cake out of the fridge. Thin long knife hold along the walls of the mold and gently remove the Board.
step-19
Here he is our handsome man. :-)
step-20
About 40g of chocolate to put in kornetik (I have disposable pastry bags – very handy thing, I tell you!) and microwave at full power to melt for 10-20-30 seconds (depending on power of microwave).
step-21
To cut the corner kornetika and chaotic movements applied touches of chocolate on the cake surface and side.
step-22
To make a printout of your desired pattern (I have stars my son is obsessed with all military), to put the picture in the file. To cut area kornetika more and apply chocolate along the contour of the figure. Honestly, this step is best done in advance, even for a day.
step-23
At a distance of about 2cm from the dish the cake sprinkle chocolate chips.
step-24
Due to force majeure I didn't have cream for decoration. So instead of stars cream, I have half a slice of banana, and above them rise the our chocolate stars. One cream will remain, 100ml whipping cream, place in piping bag with a nozzle in the form of a sprocket, and sprocket to transplant roses around the edge of the cake. And yet, the surface of the cake, I sprinkled confectionery topping in the form of stars.
