Very tasty loaves from my favorite dough for challah. This recipe I borrowed from the channel Cuisine TV series "honest bread", I increased the proportions.

Cooking
In lukewarm water dissolve the yeast, sugar, stir, add all other ingredients and knead the dough, knead for about 10 minutes. Fold the dough in the bowl, close the foil, leave to ferment for 90 minutes.
Divide the dough into 6 pieces, roll out each piece to a rope with a length of about 30 cm, put the harness on the baking paper with scissors to make cuts at an angle of about 25 degrees and bend these snips to the side.
Close the loaves with plastic wrap lightly greased with vegetable oil. Give a time for 60-90 minutes.
Before baking brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds or poppy seeds.
Drag the parchment pieces onto the hot baking tray. Bake in a preheated 180 -190 gr oven for 20-30 minutes until Golden.
