Puff pastry quick cooking
Be sure to try, it saves time! This dough can be used for different types of pastry for sweet and savoury. The dough always turns out airy and crisp!

Ingredients

  • Margarine

    800 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Vinegar

    2 Tbsp

  • Water

  • Flour

    1 kg

All products must be cold. Pour the flour on the table and on a coarse grater grate the margarine. Grated margarine all the time sprinkle with flour. Grind margarine with flour not, the dough will not work! Gently mix the margarine with the flour!

In a measuring jug crack eggs, add salt and vinegar, add cold water to the level of 0.5 liter. Stirs up. And in the small portions pour the liquid into the butter-flour mixture, gently stir.

Only collect the dough, it should not be too hard to knead. Gathering the dough into a ball, divide it into two equal parts. Each part put in a separate plastic bag. Remove the dough in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. The dough is ready!
