Meat patties with cheese and egg
For fans of the burgers..! Here's a simple recipe..! It will remind I are friends, because without meat we can't..! Simply prepared, quickly eaten! These cutlets have need of nothing! Products minimal! And delicate taste of the original! If fans of cheese there, maybe someone they like!

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    600 g

  • The processed cheese

    2 piece

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Spices

    1 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

Two eggs boiled, cheese and eggs to grate.

In the beef add the pressed garlic, one raw egg and boiled egg with melted cheese.

Mix well, add spices.

To form patties (you can just water for the hands, though, and so well-formed) Roll in flour or breadcrumbs.

Heat the oil. and fry on one side 3 minutes, flip, and then cover with a lid and stew until tender 7-10 minutes

To eat with any side dish

Optionally, add the onion, (then the cooking time will increase slightly). I make them without onion.
