step-0
For this recipe I took tilapia fillets, you can take another fish with a dense meat. Fillet cut into pieces, pepper, pour soy sauce and leave to marinate for 30 minutes.
step-1
While the fish is marinating, prepare the vegetables. Sweet pepper, carrots, onion coarsely chopped, ginger root and garlic are finely chopped.
step-2
Now mix all the ingredients for the sauce: 0,5 Cup water, soy sauce Kikkoman, sugar, starch, vinegar, ketchup.
step-3
Egg mixed with starch, add to fish and mix well.
step-4
Fry in hot oil fish. Make sure that the pieces do not stick together with each other.
step-5
Fried pieces of fish should be put on a paper towel to remove excess fat.
step-6
Now it is time to roast vegetables. In hot oil throw in chopped ginger, garlic, onion, pepper, carrot, stir continuously. Who loves spicy, add 0.5 pod bitter pepper.
step-7
After 3-4 minutes pour in the vegetable mixture for the sauce, thoroughly mix everything. Diminish heat, waiting for the sauce has thickened, the vegetables should remain slightly firm.
step-8
Mixed fried vegetables and fish, stir.
step-9
