Description
Shortbread "simple" - this is not a new recipe. It is no frills, with a simple recipe from my childhood. It can cook even children (under adult supervision of course!). This recipe can be used as a base, adding different toppings (chocolate, coconut, honey) and can be as separate recipe. The cookie turns out soft, crumbly and very tasty!!!

Cooking
1. In a saucepan (the bowl on the table - whatever you like) spread softened (not melted!) margarine. I RUB on a coarse grater, but you can just cut into pieces.
2. To it add 2 cups flour, 1/2 Cup sugar...
3... and slaked soda. For flavor you can add a pinch of vanilla sugar.
4. With your hands mix all the ingredients. First, get baby,
5. And then all this will mix into a uniform batter, you want to remove for 15 minutes in the fridge
6. After 15 minutes take the dough and make cookies from it. I do using the "fun" shots, because special shapes for cookies I don't have ( If you have kids, this stage can safely entrust to them! You can also just roll up with your hands small balls.
7. Put the cookies on the sheet, greased with flour or a small amount of oil. To spread better loosely, because the cookies will melt slightly in the oven. For lovers of super-sweet cookies, you can sprinkle them with sugar and top.
8. Put into the oven for 20 minutes. Here, the main thing not to overdo the cookies, otherwise they will become tough! For this, you can see them after 15 minutes and if they're well browned, then feel free to get them!
