Ice cream with blackcurrant jam
Based on "the Leningrad bar". One of my favorite types of ice cream - a creamy bar with a core of black currant, covered with chocolate icing. Now it is found in several manufacturers under the name "Fili" or "in Leningrad bar". 10 years ago this ice cream was very tasty (or so I thought), but today's Packed full of different ice cream flavors and preservatives, and the taste is frankly not the same. So for fans of ice cream I suggest to try to cook Leningrad bar themselves from real ice cream and high-quality blackcurrant jam! But at the same time I will tell you how the manner of eating ice cream you can determine a person's character ;)

Ingredients

  • Chocolate milk

    100 g

  • Jam

    300 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Cream

    250 g

  • Yolk egg

    5 piece

  • Sugar

    150 g

  • Milk

    400 g

  • Butter

    100 g

First make the ice cream. To do this, RUB the yolks with sugar and vanilla sugar.

While stirring pour the yolks are warmed almost to the boiling milk.

Put the milk mixture on medium heat and while stirring bring to light thick. When properly prepared mixture, if you hold your finger on the spatula, the trail is not delayed. Importantly, the mixture does not digest, and then the yolks will curdle. The milk mixture is completely cooled.

Chilled cream, beat until airy (not cream!).

Mix the cream with the milk mixture and freeze in ice cream maker for 35 minutes.

Then at your discretion - you can make ice cream in a Popsicle,

But you can put ice cream in the form of alternating layers with jam. In any case, the molds with the ice cream set in the freezer until complete freezing.

If prepared in molds for Popsicle, then do so. Omit for a few seconds molds in boiling water and pull out ice cream. On each put a small amount of blackcurrant jam and immediately put in freezer for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare the glaze: melt in a water bath chocolate and butter and stir until smooth. Allow to cool a little.

Put into the freezer until serving. Every Popsicle wrap in foil to absorb odors.
