Stuffed chicken wings
Holiday "Day of defender of the Fatherland" - one of my favorites. And I believe that it is wrong in this day to congratulate only men. After all, our women and the war fought, and now serve. Without the support of women men would not be easy. So I think that is a General holiday, and for his sake you can try to cook something special, like my wings. Juicy meat with herbs and garlic, pitted no, the double breading.. yummy:) of Course, have to work hard. But it is only "For a holiday"

Ingredients

  • Chicken wings

    12 piece

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Bread crumbs

    2 pack

  • Greens

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Vegetable oil

  • Spices

First cut off chicken wing tips.

Grind the meat, add the herbs and garlic. Season with salt and pepper. Mix well. The stuffing will be very tight. Add a drop of water a bit so the stuffing fun began. And then the fun begins.

Now we have the stuffing be divided into 12 equal lumps. And try to shove them in our purified wings. When you start to push, it will seem that the situation is hopeless, well not climbing! and you still stubbornly shove!!! Then tamp palms, and normally it all out. Whisk two eggs in a Cup, as in my photo, just convenient in this dip. And in a bowl pour the breadcrumbs.

Then do a second coating. Again in egg and in breadcrumbs. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. And put on stove pan with vegetable oil for deep-frying.

The oil was warmed up. Drop the wings to be fried. One and a half minutes on each side. Fry portions. I was roasting in four passes in three pieces. After that, dry on a napkin, put in the form and send in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
