Vegetable roll
Offer the option of a delicious vegetable roll. And combined with the sauce (sour cream, mayonnaise) is, in General, mortality.

Take the cabbage and separate the leaves. I got a 10 PCs different size (in General, the number depends on the size of the loaf). And drop them in boiling salted water for a few minutes (now sprouts so young, so much time cooking the leaves do not need. But most importantly, they do not digest, because the leaves will erupt like a blotter). The leaves ready to put in a colander (to drain water).

These are the carrots and zucchini I had (to me they are quite enough to roll). Gelatin to dissolve in boiling water (according to instructions) until dissolved. Now for the sauce. In a blender (a food processor) whisk the egg, garlic, mustard and flour. Season with salt, pepper and spices to taste. At the end pour in the dissolved gelatin. Me for my roll of this portions seemed small, so I made a double batch of the sauce (but the amount of gelatine I didn't increase). To put our sauce in the fridge yet. The very purpose of the gelatin here, I did not understand. Only after the refrigerator, the sauce became thicker (well, this is understandable: gelatin began to harden), which was good for further spreading.

Now take a carrot and zucchini (well, of course, wash and peel) with a vegetable peeler (seen in the photo) cut the vegetables into thin strips. You can, of course, and with a knife, but so subtly is unlikely to succeed (well, after cutting with a knife the cooking time will increase, because the vegetables are sliced a little thicker).

On the table spread out foil on her to put cabbage leaves so that they went on each other and take the form of a rectangle. Lubricate the top 1/3 of the sauce.

Now lay strips of carrot and top +1/3 of the sauce.

Using foil to roll the vegetables in the roll (tightly), wrap in foil and place in oven at 180*C for about an hour (at least, I have the roll stood as much time). After cooking, roll out, allow to cool and cut into pieces.

Place them on a dish, decorate as desired. Serve with sauce (sour cream, mayonnaise or other at will, but only that the sauce came to vegetable dishes).
