Cooking
Take a deep bowl and pave it with cling film. To grate 200 g of crab sticks, add 2-3 tablespoons of cream cheese and mix well.
Then the mixture firmly laid in the prepared pan and smooth the top.
All the eggs boil and peel. Two eggs aside, they will be useful to us later. To grate it first, 4 eggs, we add part of the chopped green onions, 4 teaspoons of caviar and a little mayonnaise.
Mix everything carefully and put on a layer of crab sticks.
Take the remaining 100 grams of crab sticks and grate them on a coarse grater. Also add to taste chips, broken into small pieces, and a couple tablespoons of cream cheese. Mix well. From the resulting mass to form small balls and put in the form the next layer.
Now we take two eggs, which was postponed earlier, and separate the yolks from the protein. Protein is deferred, and the yolk grate on a fine grater and place on top of crab balls.
The remaining three whole eggs to grate on a coarse grater, add finely chopped green onion, 3 teaspoons of red caviar and a little mayonnaise.
Again all carefully mix and put the next layer to form. Cover with a lid and put into the fridge for an hour.
An hour to get our cake and gently turn on the dish. Layer with crab sticks obtained from the top.
The middle of the cake to grease cream and sprinkle with grated on a coarse grater proteins from eggs (which we postponed earlier).
