Dumpling casserole with mushrooms
Quick to prepare but very tasty dish.

Ingredients

  • Dumplings

    500 g

  • Water

    200 ml

  • Milk

    200 ml

  • Mushrooms

    150 g

  • Sour cream

    1 Tbsp

  • Tomato paste

    1 Tbsp

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

Cooking

Carrots and onions fry in small amount of oil.

Mushrooms cut plastics.

Mix water, milk, sour cream, tomato paste and the flour, salt, and pepper.

Dumplings put into the form, mix with zazharkoy, spread on top of mushrooms.

Fill with mixture, sprinkle with cheese and put in oven for half an hour.
