So... we need the dumplings. Any. Depending on Your taste, financial situation and assortment in the store. I Kolpino, as says the manufacturer, no soy.
We also need a pot of water. 450 g of dumplings offered to take 2 liters of water. (Though, my husband takes water quite a bit to barely cover the dumplings in the boiling process, it evaporates, there's just nothing, and then right there put the sour cream, mix, and get the type dumplings with broth... but I won't tell You how bad). Water need to add salt (usually written on it, but no point in trying water taste I don't see, so I put somewhere 1-2 tsp of salt per 2 liters). Then the water boil. When it is boiling, throw in the pot dumplings, mix, add a couple of Bay leaves. When everything comes to a boil again, diminish the fire and cook (without lid) for 10 minutes. Periodically, it is recommended to stir, but I usually forget about it.
Drain off water, put the dumplings, add sauce (sour cream, mayonnaise – to taste and optional) and – hum)))
