Description
Dish Tamia, a close relative of Israeli falafel, apparently they are even difficult to distinguish from each other. But the difference is still there. The main difference is the raw materials. If the falafel will have to examine carefully the range of a few stores in search of chickpeas, then Tamiya do not require such efforts as the main ingredient used the most common beans and another five of the same common ingredients. This recipe was posted on the website in 2008 by user Анна20 called "Tamiya" and is illustrated with me in the framework of "Coloring". Many thanks to all the girls who helped me when making the photos for this dish. Especially Lacoste.

Cooking
Beans should be soaked overnight. The next day grind it in a blender with fried onions, herbs and garlic.
In the resulting mass add salt, black and red pepper, egg. Add the egg last and not all at once, so that the mixture is not too liquid otherwise it will be difficult to sculpt a beautiful, smooth balls.
Pour into a heavy-bottomed pot with vegetable oil to a height of the thickness of the finger and good on him. On the bottom I put a circle cut out of baking paper, to ensure that the croquettes will not stick to the bottom. Dampening hands with water, roll into balls of bean mass the size of a walnut.
To drop in the fryer and fry until Golden brown, constantly turning. Croquettes ready to put on a napkin.
