Fish cakes-omlette
My recipe, author, was born tonight, and was inspired by the Thai cuisine. The experiment failed, the burgers disappeared, but the applause didn't cease for a long time!

Ingredients

  • Fish fillets

  • Peppers red hot chilli

  • Lemon juice

  • Sauce

  • Cilantro

  • Cream

    3 Tbsp

You will need a fillet of red and white fish. I had fillet Nile perch and salmon.

Fillet cut into cubes approximately 1х1см. Remove all small bones. Optionally add finely chopped chili pepper (type and quantity to taste) or dried red pepper. Finely chop cilantro and add to the fish. (I have no coriander this time).

Add 3 eggs and 4 full tbsp corn starch, 3 tbsp. of cream. Salt, pepper. If you have Thai fish sauce - add a teaspoon. Gently stir and put in refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Heat the frying pan with olive oil. Spread on her large spoon fish mixture. Fry patties about 5 minutes on each side. You can cover the lid.
