Buckwheat porridge with pumpkin and honey
This buckwheat porridge is cooked in milk. It doesn't use quite sugar as a sweetener - honey. Once this (or something like this) porridge fed my little boy in the ' 90s. Let's just say, this recipe is a memory. As a measure of volume used multistage

Ingredients

  • Buckwheat

    1 cup

  • Milk

    4 cup

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Pumpkin

    200 g

  • Butter

    30 g

  • Honey

    1 Tbsp

  • Apple

    1 handful

Cooking

Measure out the buckwheat and place in a bowl multivarki.

Pumpkin wash, cut off a piece, peel and cut into small cubes.

In the bowl multivarki add the salt, milk, a handful of apples. Include the program "Porridge" for 30 minutes. After 10 minutes add the butter and the pumpkin. Cook until the end of the regime.
