No, it's not the espresso into coffee cups, and healthy treat for kids! Delicious porridge made from fresh berries.

Ingredients

  • Cereals buckwheat

    4 Tbsp

  • Water

    9 Tbsp

  • Blueberries

    6 Tbsp

  • Cinnamon

    1 pinch

  • Honey

  • Butter

    1 tsp

Two important ingredient: fresh blueberries and the oat flakes Mistral.

In boiling water pour the cereal, stir, add butter and cinnamon. Put on a small fire.

After a minute add the washed blueberries.

Grind using the blender, heat them on the fire, add honey.

Can be served! It looks such a mess in small coffee cups.
