Description

Stuffed with onions, baked in bacon
This is the original dish I tried in a restaurant a year ago, since often it is prepared, and surprise guests!

Ingredients

  • Onion

    10 piece

  • Yellow bell pepper

    3 piece

  • Mushrooms

    500 g

  • Zucchini

    2 piece

  • Greens

  • Brisket

    1 pack

  • Salt

  • Cucumber

    1 piece

  • Butter

Boil water in the pot as the water boils, add salt and throw back the onion. 2-3 minutes to blanch. To get the onions with a slotted spoon, dry gently scoop out the flesh, leaving 3-4 layers on top. Slice and fry in butter the onion core.

Stuff the prepared onions.

Each onion wrap with bacon and secure with skewer.

Put in the oven at t 180*C for 15 min. or until Golden brown.
