Description
I'm not a big fan of sweet cereals, so offer the option of oatmeal with mushrooms and spinach in a creamy sauce.

Cooking
1. Mushrooms cut into slices, and dice the onion.
3. In skillet, heat oil, fry onion until transparent, then add mushrooms, fry. Add to the skillet the spinach, stir so the spinach wilted.
4. Then add cream, reduce heat, then 30 seconds, season with salt and pepper and remove from heat.
5. Cook porridge according to instructions on the package.
6. Serve the porridge with cream sauce. Bon appetit!
