Description

Sweet bulgur with strawberries
Continuing the strawberry theme, I decided to please their loved ones for Breakfast instead of the usual porridge warm porridge with strawberries. The dish turned out very tasty and nutritious. Bulgur is chipped wheat, which is pre-steamed, then crushed, and then dried. This is a useful cereal that contains a lot of protein, although purified from bran. For lovers of Breakfast cereal I advise you to try!

Cooking

step-0
In a saucepan, in which we will cook the bulgur, put 30g. butter, melt, pour a glass of bulghur and mix well. Pour hot salted water, 2 cups and cook in simmer under cover for 20-25min. If someone likes the cereal as "Alden", the cooking time is reduced. Nuts slightly fry in a pan, then chop coarsely. I didn't have this time pine and I replaced the walnuts (but with pine tastier).
step-1
Raisins soaked in cold water for 20 minutes and then dry it. Strawberries cut into halves.
step-2
In a pan melt the remaining 50g. of butter, put the strawberries, sprinkle top with brown sugar and fry over very high heat just for 2 minutes.
step-3
In the finished bulgur pour the chopped nuts, raisins and top the strawberries with the sauce from the pan. On top pour a little melted honey and serve immediately!
