A delightful pie. Very gentle. And the combination of tomatoes with oregano - for me it's just magical, for me it is the aroma of the Mediterranean. And to cook very quickly and easily!

Cooking
Preheat oven to 200 gr. Roll out 2 crust, cementing them in the middle.
Spoon the batter into the form.
Whisk together eggs, cream, oregano and 2 tablespoons Parmesan. Add salt, pepper.
On the dough put tomatoes and ham. The original recipe suggested to use cherry tomatoes (2 packages of 250 g), cut in half. With them will undoubtedly be beautiful.
Pour over egg mixture and sprinkle with remaining Parmesan.
Bake 40 minutes, until the stuffing will seize and not browned.
