Rice and blueberry porridge
They say that in the house where you eat blueberries, the doctor is nothing to do. Today prepared rice porridge on blueberry broth.

Ingredients

  • Blueberries

    80 g

  • Figure

    2 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Water

    0.5 l

  • Lemon juice

I had dried chopped blueberries. First prepare decoction from it. To do this, the blueberries pour the water, cook for 15 minutes. Then remove from the heat and allow to stand, covered for half an hour.

Then filter the decoction.

Add to broth sugar and lemon juice.

Pour the washed rice (I used rice Japonica TM Mistral), blueberry broth, bring to a boil and cook under lid on low heat for 15 minutes. Turn off the heat and allow to stand, covered for another 10 minutes.
