The history of the emergence of bulghur in our kitchen. Bulgur appeared in our kitchen in not very pleasant circumstances. But in the end, bulgur with vegetables, meat or poultry, has become one of the most favorite cereals. In early winter the father-in-law revealed diabetes high level of sugar (two and a half times above the norm). He was prescribed a strict diet, and one of the recommended products was the bulgur. This mess we started first with vegetables. Diet and special treatment reduced the level of sugar in-law, and now he feels much better. But still the bulgur safely entrenched in our kitchen. Now I will present is not a diet recipe bulgur.

Fry garlic, onion in small amount of oil.
In parallel, then boil the bulgur (the proportion of water and cereal is on the packaging)
Next, in a pan add the chopped zucchini and eggplant.
There also send chopped straw pepper, and slices of tomatoes.

Season with your favorite spices
On top pour the prepared bulgur. Pour in the whipped cream. Simmer for 5-7 minutes.
After cooking, cover the container with dish wide dish, upside down (dramatically), remove the pan. Bulgur is ready!
