Porridge of lentils with chanterelles and pepper
Dishes of Lentils - one of the favorite in our family, lentils are combined with mushrooms and peppers-it is something inexpressible, porridge turns out hearty, healthy and delicious!

Ingredients

  • Onion

    0.5 piece

  • Sunflower oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Mushrooms

  • Yellow bell pepper

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    1 piece

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Paprika sweet

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Green onions

  • Lentils

I chose lentils TM "Mistral", it is Persian, I like it not only in soup, cream soup, but porridge, it is prepared quickly, but, more importantly, for the porridge to cook it properly, not turning it into a soup.

The ingredients are all available if to prepare the child, you can do without the hot pepper and seasonings.

Persian cook the lentils according to the instructions on the pack. Remove from the pan and leave it for a while.

Finely chop onions, bell and hot pepper

2 tbsp sunflower oil to fry until transparent onion

Then throw Bulgarian and hot pepper, saute five minutes or until tender. Again, when I cook baby - hot pepper is not added. Instead of salt I added 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, black pepper and sweet paprika to taste. Of course you can just add salt, but the soy sauce added spice. Mix everything and put in a separate bowl, vegetables will need a little later.

Separately in 2 tbsp of sunflower oil to fry pre-washed and sliced chanterelles. Fry for 10-15 minutes until tender, for just a minute before end of cooking add finely chopped garlic clove. I also added soy sauce instead of salt.
