Flaky biscuits made with yeast dough quick cooking
A very quick recipe yeast dough, which is perfect for bread and pies. The idea of forming rolls is ripe on the go, I would be glad if someone finds it useful!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    500 g

  • Milk

    1 cup

  • Yeast

    11 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Vanilla

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Jam

    100 g

  • Butter

    50 g

In warm milk dissolve 1 tablespoon of sugar, add the yeast and stir. Cover and leave until the cap. Sift the flour into a deep bowl. Add the remaining sugar, vanilla and mix well.
