Cheese cake with dried fruit
Another fruitcake with dried fruit. Cottage cheese - a product that is constantly there in our refrigerator. Sometimes I try not to "overfeed" their and prepare something different for a change.

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    300 g

  • Sour cream

    5 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Dried fruits

    300 g

  • Flour

    250 g

  • Sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.25 tsp

  • Soda

    0.25 tsp

Cooking

Soak dried fruit in warm water for two hours. Can take in equal proportions, or as you like. Rinse well. Dried apricots cut in small pieces.

Egg whisk with sugar. Add cheese and sour cream. Then the flour with salt and soda. Mix. Add dried fruit and stir again.

Spoon the batter into the form and put in heated oven. Bake the cake at medium heat for 40-60 minutes. When the crust is dark, leave to cool down in the oven. Check availability, stabbing the cupcake a thin wooden stick. Bon appetit!
