Barley porridge with milk-garnish
Wanted cook dairy barley porridge for Breakfast but make a great side dish. Share experience! Glass is multistage.

Ingredients

  • Pearl barley

    1 cup

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Milk

    5 cup

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Cream

    200 g

Measure pearl barley, washed, soaked for 6-12 hours in water.

From the barley to drain the water, put in the slow cooker. Add salt, sugar, butter pieces. Mix well. To turn on the "Porridge" for 1 hour.

Pour the cream and enable a "Mess" for another 30 minutes. Cook until the end of the program.
