Open America, I'm not going to, and I want to share the casserole recipe, which is very like my son.

Ingredients

  • Minced chicken

    300 g

  • Figure

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

  • Sour cream

    50 g

  • Milk

    100 ml

  • Carrots

    1 piece

Boil until cooked rice in salted water, drain the water (if any), wash rice. Fillet wash, dry, mince or chop in a food processor. Carrots grate on a fine grater. Mix ground beef, rice and carrots, mix well. Eggs, milk and sour cream, whisk.

Mix all ingredients, season with salt and pepper to taste. Put in a baking dish. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for about 40-45 minutes.
