Here is a salad we have caught on as a snack when guests come to us "on the land". Ie sushi and rolls by itself, on hot, make skewers of chicken yakitori type + this salad of rice or glass noodles. The recipe is very simple but appetizer is so delicious! I especially like the glass noodles. Noodles - the main ingredient, the other - in principle, according to taste, but they are few, for easy shade of taste acuity and appearance. So, it is rather an idea that can be customized to suit your preferences and tastes.

Cooking
Boil rice or glass noodles according to instructions on the pack. Noodles this is different and cooks different times. This time I have a simple rice noodles, cooking time 10 minutes. But I usually just don't cook them for a while, cooked for 8 minutes in salted water, stirring occasionally. Drain, rinse with cold boiled (or bottled) water.
Bulgarian pepper cut into small cubes, sharp - very fine. Cucumber RUB on a small grater peeled radish (or daikon), too. Dill finely chop. And all neatly mix with noodles.
Dressed with rice vinegar to taste. Can be a little dosolit. Serve in individual bowls. Top the salad can be sprinkled with a little roasted sesame seeds. Bon appetit and good mood! ))
