Cooking
The dough, like I usually knead with a bread machine, but you can knead in the usual way. In the bucket of a bread machine pour warm milk, add dry yeast and leave for 5-10 minutes.
Add the sifted flour, softened butter, egg yolks, sugar and salt.
Place the bucket in the bread machine and include the mode of kneading.
In a warm place give the dough to increase in volume twice (due to the large amount of butter the dough is to rise longer than usual).
Divide the dough into 12 equal parts, molded balls of them.
Cover balls of dough with film and leave to rest for 10-15 minutes.
Roll slightly with a rolling pin one piece of dough into a circle.
Fold two opposite sides towards the middle.
The dough is again folded in half, pressed edge
To make a long bun. Thus is formed the rest of the rolls.
Shift the rolls on the oiled baking sheet.
Cover the rolls with foil and give them to increase in volume by approximately two times.
Grease the muffin a little beaten egg yolk.
Bake rolls in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 15-18 minutes. Give the rolls to cool.
Prepare cream whip well chilled cream with the sifted icing sugar. Then add cream cheese, a little whipped. The cream shift into a pastry syringe with a serrated nozzle.
My kiwi clean from the skin.
Spoon noisethe cut from peeled kiwi balls.
The rolls you cut the top, not reaching the end of about 1 cm.
In the middle of the rolls extruded from the syringe a little cream.
Stack three "peas" from kiwi. With a syringe apply the cream around the edge of the "peas". Scones are done! Bon appétit!
