And I again to You with the buns... the Name came by itself, Recalling the hilarious cartoon about how a hamster and a squirrel preparing for winter. For the brilliant idea of baking this again, thank you Japanese cuisine.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    280 g

  • Sugar

    45 g

  • Salt

    5 g

  • Yeast

    6 g

  • Yolk egg

    3 piece

  • Milk

    80 ml

  • Butter

    140 g

  • Kiwi

    9 piece

  • Cream

    160 g

  • Cream cheese

    120 g

  • Powdered sugar

    80 g

  • Vegetable oil

    2 tsp

The dough, like I usually knead with a bread machine, but you can knead in the usual way. In the bucket of a bread machine pour warm milk, add dry yeast and leave for 5-10 minutes.

Add the sifted flour, softened butter, egg yolks, sugar and salt.

Place the bucket in the bread machine and include the mode of kneading.

In a warm place give the dough to increase in volume twice (due to the large amount of butter the dough is to rise longer than usual).

Divide the dough into 12 equal parts, molded balls of them.

Cover balls of dough with film and leave to rest for 10-15 minutes.

To make a long bun. Thus is formed the rest of the rolls.

Shift the rolls on the oiled baking sheet.

Cover the rolls with foil and give them to increase in volume by approximately two times.

Bake rolls in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 15-18 minutes. Give the rolls to cool.
