Lentil porridge with liver with sour cream
Liver is delicious, the lentils liver is very tasty! The recipe is simple, ingredients available. Love this dish, so cook often. Since my student days I remember that this recipe is useful for those who have low hemoglobin, as in the liver and in the lentils a lot of iron!

Ingredients

  • Lentils

    150 g

  • Beef liver

    150 g

  • Onion

    0.5 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Water

    0.5 cup

In hot oil fry until transparent onion cut into half rings and carrot slices. Carrots small. Fry until soft. Put in a bowl and postpone for a while

Then, to the liver add the onions and carrots and the washed lentils. Mix everything and simmer until the lentils are tender, as indicated on the pack. I have a Persian lentils, be aware that it quickly fall apart. Ten minutes is enough, so it does not seethe, but at the same time prepared. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste, add a little water, it took me about a half a Cup, maybe a little less
