Pea porridge with beef liver

Ingredients

  • Peas

    1 cup

  • Green peas

    1 cup

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Beef liver

    300 g

  • Mushrooms

    150 g

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

Take the peas of the company "Mistral", it does not require pre-soaking. Pour peas 2,5 Cup (250 ml) of water and put on to cook.

Onion cut into half rings and fry in vegetable oil until transparent.

Add to the onions sliced mushrooms and garlic, grated on a fine grater. Fry until cooked.
