Porridge in a Mediterranean style
Hearty and quick dish of millet flakes with the addition of olives and cheese. This spicy variant will appeal to all who are tired of sweet porridge!

Ingredients

  • Wheat flakes

    1 cup

  • Green olives

    50 g

  • Feta

    50 g

  • Pine nuts

    20 g

  • Cilantro

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Water

    1.5 cup

Prepare the ingredients chop the olives, crumble the cheese. Measure out the cereal. Preferably the nuts are browned in the pan.

Two servings of cereal, I take 1стакан cereal and 1.5 cups of boiled water. Cook porridge in any convenient way for You. I pour cereal with water and cook in the microwave for 2 minutes. Then add a little olive oil and salt to taste (little since Cheese and olives are salty) and let stand a few minutes.
