Banana walnut porridge
On Sunday morning you want something special, delicious and healthy. Treat yourself to a gentle porridge with bananas and caramel and fragrant spices.

Ingredients

  • Flakes cereal

    0.5 cup

  • Oat flour

    0.25 cup

  • Cinnamon

    1 tsp

  • Leavening agent

    0.25 tsp

  • Walnuts

    0.5 cup

  • Milk

    1 cup

  • Nutmeg

  • Vanilla

  • Brown sugar

    30 g

  • Banana

    2 piece

Cooking

Mix all ingredients except bananas and sugar in a form suitable for baking.

Fry the bananas with the sugar on medium heat until caramel (about 5 minutes).

Gently stir in the cereal, bananas and send in a preheated 200 degree oven for 20-30 minutes until Golden top.
