  • Sundried tomatoes

  • Potatoes

  • Olive oil

  • Cheese

Potatoes wash, boil in their skins for 20-25 minutes. Cool. Cut lengthwise in half. Take out a teaspoon of flesh, we won't need it...

Tomatoes cut into crosswise, blanch in boiling water, then in cold water, peel, cut into slices. Remove the pulp.
