To prepare the products
Horseradish to grate on a fine grater(be CAREFUL!a lot of tears),cucumber slice, finely diced,tomato diced, too.
Spread on a plate cut into strips cooked sausage
on top of the cucumbers
then the eggs(I finely sliced,but you can RUB), and make mesh from mayonnaise
spread on top grated horseradish
on top of the horseradish cubes of tomato and generously make a grid of mayonnaise.Decorate with finely chopped green onions.Bon appetit.
