Cooking
Beat eggs with sugar until frothy.
Add the cheese (grated) and sour cream, still whisking pour in the melted and cooled butter.
The zest from half the lemon to grate, to peel and pulp grind in a blender - add to the overall weight.
And the last step is to add sifted with the baking powder and the flour, first with 5 tablespoons, then gradually and sixth, the dough should be the consistency of thick cream.
Half of the dough pour in the form, sift through a strainer cocoa powder
and pour the second half of the test. Put in a preheated 180 degree oven and bake until dry sticks (40 minutes).
