Trumpety
Craney (Crampets) - British porous Browns perfect shape. Of course, Maslenitsa is a Slavic holiday. But I think for a change oil can table time to cook and an English muffin! Craney turn out much more tender in taste, they are very porous and fluffy. The taste is perfectly combined as with sweet sauces and savoury. And I liked to eat them with egg and bacon!

Ingredients

  • Yeast

    3 g

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Milk

    150 ml

  • Water

    50 ml

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Butter

    30 g

  • Leavening agent

    0.333 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Bacon

    20 g

  • Butter

    10 g

Cooking

Sift the flour into a bowl, add the yeast SAF-point high-speed and baking powder.

In warm milk dissolve the salt and sugar, pour it to the flour and start kneading the dough
