Cooking
Bake the pumpkin in the oven large washers. In foil, at 200*C for 35 - 40 minutes.
Wash rice in two waters. Since a mess of viscous, water clarity, not necessarily to achieve. Rice, "Italica" from TM Mistral is ideal for cooking viscous cereals.
Boil water, add washed rice and cook on slow fire, stirring a couple of times. To obtain a viscous porridge, the amount of water to increase, of 2.5:1. Cook for 30 minutes, at the end add salt.
