Millet baked with peaches
Simple millet porridge is boring, but we will improve it a juicy peach, and presented as a delicious dessert and no one will say:"Oh, this is a mess...")))

Ingredients

  • Wheat flakes

    70 g

  • Milk

    200 ml

  • Sugar

    2 tsp

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Peach

    1 piece

  • Cookies

    2 piece

  • Butter

    1 tsp

  • Banana

    1 piece

Cooking

Millet flakes from "Mistral" pour the milk with the sugar, salt and put on fire.

Cook for a few minutes until tender.

You can just desparity flakes with hot milk or water and allow to stand, covered.

Mash them with a fork in the finished porridge much ripe banana.

Ceramic baking dish liberally with butter. Put the porridge.

The peach split in half, remove the pit and cut into slices.

Lay slices on top of porridge.

Crumble any cookie on the peach. I happened to have on hand chocolate couple.

You can substitute nuts or seeds.

Put in a preheated 180* the oven for 20-25 minutes

Serve warm for Breakfast or chilled as dessert.
