Cooking
Fresh herring clean, cut off head and tail, remove the intestines, washed. Now remove the fillet from the skin: make a cut on the back, detachable first spinal bone in the rear, then raise the fish and the weight, holding the bone, detachable fillet fingers from two sides. This is done easily. Ready fillet salt to taste, sprinkle with lemon juice, stir, then each lubricated by mustard. Ready!
Heat oil in a frying pan (and tastes better to melt the fat and fry it). Flour mixed with breadcrumbs, roll the fish in breading and fry for 2-3 minutes on each side.
The side dish is best mashed potatoes, boiled potatoes and pickled vegetables. Try it, very tasty, though uncomplicated!
