Hearts in a lemon-honey glaze
Chicken do that all the time, I decided to try the hearts. It turned out sooo delicious!!!

Ingredients

  • The pie

    500 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Honey

    1 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Ginger

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Hearts fry in vegetable oil on high heat until Golden brown. Add the onion, cut into strips. Lower the heat to medium.

Squeeze the garlic.

Add ginger and salt and pepper - to taste.

Add honey.

And lemon juice. Mix well and fry on medium heat, stirring constantly, about 10 minutes (until fully cooked hearts).

Serve with any side dish. I have it with rice.
