Really wanted to share with you the recipe for this pie. The dough is just fabulously delicious - very similar to puff pastry, but more delicate and soft, and most importantly, prepared quickly and easily. The recipe I saw on the Internet, though there were pie cherries, well, I baked with figs and apples. Aroma stood all around! I advise you to give the cake to cool completely, so it is much tastier! And yet, I am often asked - is it possible to replace brown (cane) sugar to normal, of course, everything is possible, BUT... not in this case because lost this unforgettable caramel flavor!

Cooking
Sift the flour with salt and soda. Oil quickly grate on a coarse grater.
To grind by hand the flour and butter into crumbs.
Pour yogurt and knead the dough, I did it with a fork and at the end hands. The dough will be sticky. Place the dough in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. I have staid night, however, I wrapped it in plastic wrap.
Figs cut into not very small pieces.
Apples, on the contrary, smaller. To add to the bottom of the zest and lemon juice, mix well.
Divide the dough into 4 parts. Here is what it turned out in the cut.
Each part roll out in a rectangle with a thickness of 0.5 mm. I did not make very long strips, so it's easier to transfer them to the baking sheet and assemble the pie. Cut the rolled out dough into strips of 7-8 cm.
In the center of each strip covered figs and apples and sprinkle with sugar.
Well fix the edge to make sausage.
Transfer it to a baking sheet and starting from the centre to twist in the shape of a snail.
To do exactly the same with the rest of the dough, carefully connecting the joints. All you need to do quickly, the dough is tender and melts. Cake spread with an egg beaten with oil ( a few drops).
Bake in preheated to 180"With the oven for 45-50 minutes until Golden brown. Be guided by your oven!
The cooled cake with confectioners ' sugar.
