Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Yogurt

    1 cup

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Cheese

    300 g

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Butter

    20 g

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

Cooking

step-0
Beat egg (good, but not to a froth), add the yogurt and stir. Previously in yogurt to repay soda.
step-1
Add the sifted flour and stir well.
step-2
In the dough add the cheese, first it can be wiped through a sieve, but not necessarily. This time I only had cottage cheese 170 gr. The recipe needs 300g. cottage cheese, is cottage cheese, because it's still "Bacoli", but I was fantasizing, so we added 140 g. cheese (I had a "Gouda"). Gently mix everything, add salt. The dough consistency should be like on pancakes.
step-3
In a large pan (which is on a large frying pan to baculi quickly, but well done) to heat the butter and pour into it the dough, the dough slightly to flatten. Baculi fry over moderate heat on one side for 5-7 minutes, gently turn with a spatula (don't worry won't break, just gently flip) and cook on the other side without lid for 5-7 minutes more until tender. The readiness check with a wooden skewer or toothpick.
step-4
All, 15-20 minutes and you're done! Give baculi to cool slightly, slice and enjoy. Only do not get lost and do not linger - You and before you know it, as it will not remain!
