Pie Sunday
Coffee cake with nuts and fragrant strasheim - very easy to prepare (even the mixer is not needed) - the perfect complement to a Cup of tea. And still very delicious :)

Ingredients

  • Flour

    355 g

  • Leavening agent

  • Sugar

    155 g

  • Milk

    150 ml

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Margarine

    125 g

  • Instant coffee

    2 Tbsp

  • Nuts

    50 g

  • Powdered sugar

  • Spices

    1 tsp

  • Water

    1 Tbsp

Ready set of spices for Christmas baking include: cinnamon, orange peel and lemon, coriander, anise, fennel, nutmeg flower, nutmeg, cloves, cardamom.

To the melted and cooled margarine should be mixed the eggs, whisk

Separately in a Cup dissolve coffee in hot water, add milk, then mix with egg-oil mass

In another bowl, mix flour, fine sugar and baking powder; gradually pouring the egg-coffee mixture into the flour, knead the dough

Now add to the dough chopped nuts, stir

And spread in the form laid with baking paper. Turn on the oven at 190*C.

This sugar I used for stresses, but I think it does not matter, you can use regular or brown sugar

For stresses triturated with your fingers the flour with the baking powder, sugar and pieces of margarine/butter

The resulting crumbs add spices and 1 tbsp water, stir

And spread on the dough

Bake 35-40 minutes at 190*C. Willingness to check with a dry stick. The finished cake remove from the oven, let cool slightly and release from form.

When the cake is completely cooled, sprinkle top of it with icing sugar.

Soaring aromas reminded that Christmas is just around the corner... the Cake is soft, crumbly with a crunchy sugar crust.

If you put it in a closed dose the next day, the sugar crust will become softer, and the cake even more fragrant!
